In the 30th round, the footballers of Borac defeated GOSK at the “Cyti stadium” in Banja Luka with a score of 3-1, bringing them closer to a new championship title.
The entire match, Borac played with one player more as the referee, Dražen Marić, ejected GOSK player Filip Račić, a loaned player from Borac, already in the 3rd minute of the match, and Borac utilized their numerical advantage towards the end of the first half.
In the 44th minute, Jakov Blagaćić scored for 1-0 after a beautiful action by the home team.
At the start of the second half, in the 53rd minute, Borac doubled their lead to 2-0 through Jova Lukić, but the guests didn’t give up with ten men, and in the 57th minute, they reduced the lead to 2-1.
Gabriel Čoka then scored through Marko Milošević’s legs for 2-1.
In the 76th minute, Borac reached the third goal and a lead of 3-1 through Damir Hrelja.
At that point, the match was over, and Borac moved closer to winning the title with five points more than Zrinjski, three rounds before the end.
GOSK remains ninth with 32 points, five points more than Tuzla City, which is in the relegation zone.
Regarding the upcoming obligations of the club from Banja Luka, Borac expects the first of two matches of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup final on Wednesday when they visit Zrinjski in Mostar at 6 p.m., and three days later, they return to league obligations with a visit to Tuzla City.
