The continuation of the hearing in the case against the President of Republika Srpska and the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, for allegedly disregarding decisions made by Christian Schmidt, is scheduled for today at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. A large number of citizens from Republika Srpska and Serbs from the Federation are expected to gather to offer massive support to the President in front of the Court of BiH.
The Mayor of East Sarajevo, Ljubiša Ćosić, highlighted in our morning program that it is apparent that the creators of all crises in BiH aim to diminish the competences of Republika Srpska.
“They want to push the process further. But this trial is a farce. It resembles more of a show. It’s regrettable that people have to endure this,” Ćosić stated.
He emphasized that crises have been continuously manufactured in BiH since the end of the war.
“The entire judicial process is pointless. Both Dodik and Lukić have respected the constitution and laws. This process also trivializes the legal system,” said Ćosić.
He mentioned that the goal is to break down Republika Srpska, hence the creation of crises.
“This process is one of the strongest attacks on Republika Srpska. But Republika Srpska functions and is the healthier part of the entity known as BiH. I believe we will soon clarify our position. Republika Srpska will withstand all pressures,” Ćosić concluded.
