“Proposed Srebrenica resolution deviates from International Law”

The Serb people, victimized by the abuse of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the misuse of foreign policy decision-making mechanisms, are being targeted to impose the label of genocide on them.

This was the message from a roundtable held in Banja Luka on the topic of “German Policy Towards the Western Balkans with a Special Focus on Policy Towards Republika Srpska.”

“As for the effects of this resolution in a moral-political sense, it is a clear example of a colonialist intellect that favors European victims, European Muslims, over the vast Muslim victims in Asia, and even those in Gaza,” stated Dragan Dakić, Professor of International Public Law at the University of Kragujevac.

Miloš Šolaja, Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Banja Luka, noted that Germany’s role as a powerful player in international relations should always be considered.

“It is particularly important to observe its strong presence and role in this region where it traditionally has certain interests,” added Šolaja.
