Zoran Cvijetić, President of the Serb National Defense in Canada, declared today to SRNA that the resolution on Srebrenica, which will be presented at the UN General Assembly, will definitively seal the fate of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which he described as a failed experiment.

“We fully support the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, in his just fight for the rights of the Serb people and we are confident that he will persist in this struggle,” Cvijetić stated.

He emphasized that the level of majorization of the Serbian people in BiH has become unbearable and that there is no reason for Republika Srpska to remain in a hostile environment.

“It is perfectly clear that the time has come for Republika Srpska to pursue a path towards independence or unification with the motherland Serbia,” said Cvijetić.

He highlighted that nearly 24,000 of the finest Serbian sons gave their lives for Republika Srpska in the defense-patriotic war, adding that they sacrificed their lives for a free Republika Srpska, not to live in a phantom BiH.

“The fight for an independent Republika Srpska is not a whim but a legacy left by our heroes who have drawn the borders of Republika Srpska with their blood and embedded their lives in its foundations,” Cvijetić emphasized.

The National Assembly of Republika Srpska has adopted the final report of the Independent International Commission for the Investigation of the Suffering of All Peoples in the Srebrenica region from 1992 to 1995, which states that no act of genocide or individual genocide crimes occurred in Srebrenica.
