The trial of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, for non-compliance with the decisions of Christian Schmidt, will continue tomorrow at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Goran Bubić, the defense attorney for the President of Republika Srpska, stated that he expects the continuation of the trial where the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will proceed with presenting their evidence.
“The defense has prepared its evidence proposal, which will be decided upon by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina after the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina presents its evidence,” Bubić previously told Srna.
Miljkan Pucar, the attorney for the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, mentioned that at tomorrow’s session, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is expected to introduce two witnesses and submit their material evidence.
The trial continuation at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled for 1:00 PM, as announced on the court’s website.
Dodik and Lukić are charged with disregarding the decisions made by Christian Schmidt.
