The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, has called for the adoption of the report by the International Commission on Srebrenica at the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on Thursday, April 18, followed by a large public rally of the Serb people at Krajina Square in Banja Luka, where it will be declared that the Serbs are committed to their freedom and defending their future.
In a telephone statement to Srna from Athens, Dodik stated that the gathering will emphasize that all Serbs who committed crimes during the past war have been convicted and imprisoned, and that the persecution of the Serb people has exceeded all bounds.
“From this rally, we will clearly state that we cannot live with the Muslims, i.e., Bosniaks, who persistently slander us and impose responsibilities on us where none exist,” Dodik declared.
He pointed out that Serbs must be aware of the situation in which the Serb people and Republika Srpska find themselves.
“Therefore, I call on everyone to adopt the report of the International Commission on Srebrenica together at the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on Thursday, and to gather in the afternoon at a large public rally,” Dodik emphasized.
He noted that the rally scheduled for 6:00 PM at Krajina Square will be a major gathering of the freedom-loving Serb people, sending a message that the Serbs are an honorable, honest, and historic nation.
