The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is on an extended working visit to France. He is currently meeting with French senators and will later have discussions with Emmanuel Bon, an advisor to the French President.
Earlier, Dodik told RTRS that he would inform the senators about the situation in BiH and the pressures on Republika Srpska and its leadership, clearly stating that Republika Srpska is not interested in joining NATO.
He also mentioned that he would discuss the decisions made by Christian Schmidt, which have jeopardized BiH’s path towards the EU.
Should Schmidt’s decisions not be withdrawn, Republika Srpska will enact its own electoral law and conduct elections, Dodik emphasized.
During his visit to France, Dodik plans to showcase the investment opportunities available in Republika Srpska.
