The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that the goal of all pressures on Srpska is to belittle, weaken, and coerce it into accepting imposed decisions.

Dodik, speaking at a special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, said that Republika Srpska is not the problem, that peace is inviolable and strong, and that political battles in Srpska are aimed at strengthening positions, not jeopardizing peace and stability.

He conveyed that he will not give up on defending Republika Srpska and the Serbian people and that he will never sacrifice the interests of Srpska for personal convenience.

“I will not give up, I am not afraid, I am embarking on a new phase of political and any other fight for Republika Srpska,” Dodik declared.

The President of Srpska stated that the imposition of decisions is planned, but it only plunges a knife into the back of BiH.

“Someone without legitimacy imposes certain solutions. They do not listen to us and consider us insignificant, mocking us. Making and imposing certain laws is something that is planned. The aim was to stab a knife into the back of BiH. Now pulling out that knife will be painful, and it will be painful,” Dodik said.

He emphasized that those who undermine the principles on which BiH rests also undermine its European path.

Dodik reminded that the Constitution provides that laws at the BiH level are adopted only by the Parliamentary Assembly, not by a foreigner, emphasizing that Republika Srpska does not agree to deceit and subterfuge.
