The President of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, stated today to Srna that it is clear that laws are adopted by competent authorities, not by self-proclaimed figures in BiH such as Christian Schmidt.

“It is unacceptable to impose laws in BiH, and Srpska fundamentally rejects such actions,” Stevandić told Srna.

German citizen Christian Schmidt, who presents himself as the High Representative in BiH, said today that he has made a “decision” on amendments to the Electoral Law of BiH with the aim, as he claims, of supporting the announced process of BiH’s accession to the EU.
