The cases against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić, have been merged again, as decided at yesterday’s hearing at the Court of BiH.

At yesterday’s hearing, only one SIPA inspector, Dragan Kremenović, testified, since the Prosecution withdrew from having the other two inspectors testify.

Kremenović stated that the inspectors had a proper relationship with Dodik and Lukić and that all documentation was voluntarily provided.

The defense for the President of Srpska argued that it was unnecessary to bring a SIPA inspector as a witness.

The next hearing is scheduled for April 3, during which the testimonies of Vladimir Janković and Milka Devušić are proposed.

Lawyer Miodrag Stojanović said on the RTRS Special program that scheduling the next hearing for about a month indicates that the trial is not being expedited.

  • This is the usual time between two hearings – Stojanović stated.
