Bosnia and Herzegovina definitely cannot join the European Union with the amendments made unconstitutionally to the Criminal Code of BiH by Christian Schmidt and unlawfully published in the Official Gazette of BiH, emphasized the lawyer Ognjen Tadić.
- Along with the Croat’s request related to the Electoral Law, a condition should be set to remove Schmidt’s unlawfully added amendments to the Criminal Code from the Official Gazette – Tadić wrote on the social network “X”.
