BiH is in a neo-colonial state where foreigners never seem to leave and where lawlessness reigns, declared historian and university professor Miloš Ković in the program “Srpska before the court”.
He adds that the Serb people are perpetually on trial, from Petar Kočić, through courts in World War I and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, all the way to the legal proceedings against President Milorad Dodik.
He emphasized that the danger threatening not only the President of Republika Srpska but the entire Republika Srpska should not be underestimated.
“There is no joking with this. One needs to be very smart and cautious. The position of the President of Republika Srpska is clear. He defends the laws, the Dayton Peace Agreement, the Constitution. He defends the laws as they are. Republika Srpska, through the president, defends the laws of BiH from complete arbitrariness in which some people appear. Šmit is not the only one,” Ković stated.
