The Embassy of the Russian Federation in BiH has announced that they are not interested in the opinion of the US Embassy regarding the European perspectives of BiH, and they have advised that this should concern the representatives of the EU.
“The Russian Federation, as a guarantor of the Dayton Peace Agreement, advocates for the development of friendly and mutually beneficial relations with BiH, which certainly includes friendly ties with Republika Srpska,” responded the diplomatic representation to Srna, commenting on accusations made by the US Embassy in BiH against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
In today’s statement, the US Embassy in BiH accused President Dodik of being the main culprit in the EU integration deadlock, citing, among other reasons, his “embrace” with Russian President Vladimir Putin and the “brutal Russian invasion of Ukraine.”
