In Banja Luka, a round table discussion on the topic “Western and Southeastern Europe – Human Rights and Double Standards” was held.

The round table was attended by members of the European Parliament, the National Assembly of France, representatives of the Italian Center for Political and Strategic Studies “Machiavelli,” and the Society of Serb-French Friendship, as well as advisors to the President of the Republic, Marko Romić and Luciano Caloza.

Two sessions were held – on the radicalization of certain groups in our area and on the constitutional crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It was concluded that there are projects on the scene that destabilize Bosnia and Herzegovina through the undermining of Dayton and the Constitution.

Concerns were expressed about what would happen if these documents were undermined, what implications it would have for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the EU, and in this sense, conclusions were drawn.

One of the conclusions is that the Republic of Srpska will continue to fight for its Dayton position in Bosnia and Herzegovina, thereby for the Dayton Peace Agreement, which should represent a form of struggle for the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina, considering that there is a form of neo-colonialism in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Our guests from Europe will strive to be the voice of our struggle in European institutions,” said Dusan Pavlović, the director of the Center for Socio-Political Research of the Republika Srpska.

He stated that one of the conclusions is that the guests from Europe will continue to fight for the EU, i.e., Europe of nations, as well as for the networking of patriotic forces in Europe who are aware of the importance of fighting for the sovereignty of the old continent and European nations.

“The third conclusion is that we will continue the fight through legal and competent institutions, specifically national parliaments, to ensure the continuation of building democratic institutions of societies both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Europe,” said Pavlović.

The Serb people are fighting for true values, as well as the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, who persists in this, and this should be appreciated, said Member of the European Parliament Jean-Lin Lacapelle, adding that the Dayton Agreement is being violated in Bosnia and Herzegovina, for which Christian Schmidt, who was not elected in accordance with the procedures, is partly responsible.

“The Dayton Agreement is not respected in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Christian Schmidt is an illegal high representative who was not elected according to the procedure, elected maybe only by the USA. He contributed to the non-respect of the Dayton Peace Agreement in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I think he is an opponent of the Serb people, so I absolutely understand the aversion to him,” emphasized Lacapelle in Banja Luka after the round table “Western and Southeastern Europe – Human Rights and Double Standards”.

Senator of the Republic of Srpska, Bogdana Koljević, stated that colleagues from Europe fully understood how the Republika Srpska is the guarantor of peace, stability, and prosperity of the entire Balkans and Southeast Europe.

Koljević said they discussed the constitutional crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina and informed European colleagues about the process of this crisis, history, destabilizing factors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, primarily the role of the illegal and illegitimate so-called high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt.

The event was organized by the Center for Socio-Political Research of the Republika Srpska, in cooperation with the Office of the President of the Republika Srpska.
