Political analyst Dragomir Anđelković has assessed that today’s hearing in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the entire legal process against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, represents a continuation of the aggression against Republika Srpska from the 1990s, only through different means.
“In this process, an individual (judge Sena Uzunović) is involved, who was once a judge in the Bosniak forces during the war in the 1990s, in the zone of major crimes,” said Anđelković.
He believes that this fact, among many others, shows that the process against Dodik has no connection with the judiciary but rather with a form of aggression against Republika Srpska, which is an introduction to the end of Bosnia and Herzegovina if what is happening now continues.
Highlighting that the events in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina have no connection with the judiciary because presidents of republics are not brought before the courts for their political views, Anđelković explained that Americans, who stood behind the aggression against Republika Srpska in the 1990s, are now initiating a process against Dodik, led by colonial justice.
“If in Bosnia and Herzegovina, or in Republika Srpska, the president can be accused because he defends Serb interests, then we can only imagine what those who initiate such things could do in the future to every Serb who does not renounce their entity and identity,” warned Anđelković, reiterating that this is a classic case of political persecution.
According to his opinion, the trial against Dodik is an attack on every Serb in Republika Srpska and beyond, and if it continues, it will definitively mark the end of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, a hearing was held in the case against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik. The BiH Prosecutor’s Office presented the indictment, and the defense outlined its defense concept and requested the disqualification of judge Sena Uzunović, who appeared in the courtroom instead of Mirsad Strika.”
