“In the lectures of Mithad Ćeman, where he calls for a new war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, there are elements of a criminal act involving incitement of racial and religious hatred and intolerance,” stated Predrag Ćeranić, the dean of the Faculty of Security Sciences at the University of Banja Luka, according to Srna.

Ćeranić condemned Ćeman’s claims published on YouTube, emphasizing that the “positive aspect” of his statement is that it brought attention to a series of lecturers and associations where Bosniak youth are being indoctrinated.

According to his words, this seems to be done with the aim of what Ćeman is calling for: a future war and a showdown with “Chetniks” and “Ustashe,” meaning with Serbs and Croats who, besides Bosniaks, are constituent peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Mithad Ćeman is a self-proclaimed professor and does not teach at any scientific or higher education institution. He is a traveling lecturer, giving lectures within some organizations with which he is associated, such as ‘Izvor selsebil’ from Živinice, ‘Svjetlost’ Bugojno, and ‘Tempo’ from Vogošća,” said Ćeranić.

He added that these associations invited Ćeman, stating that “Izvor selsebil” organized a summer school last August for around a hundred children, where Ćeman and similar figures conducted lectures and workshops to guide them ideologically.

“Ćeman obtained his education in Saudi Arabia, where he completed a theological faculty, and he is very present on YouTube with his lectures,” stated Ćeranić.

In a lecture published on YouTube, Ćeman stated, “The next massacre of Chetniks will be worse than all previous ones, so prepare yourself one hundred percent.”

“Whether there will be war is not a question at all; that is not the right question at all. The question is only when there will be war. I guarantee you that, and I swear by Allah,” said Ćeman during a lecture in the organization of the Youth Association “Tempo” from Vogošća, whose logo is behind Ćeman.
