If the illegitimate High Representative, Kristijan Schmidt, dares to impose a law on state property, the Attorney General’s Office of Republika Srpska, along with all employees within the institutions represented by the Attorney General’s Office, will not act in accordance with that law,” stated Milimir Govedarica for RTRS.
From a legal perspective, even if legitimate, the High Representative does not possess legislative functions and cannot enact laws.
“In the event of an attempt by the so-called High Representative to impose a law on property, the Attorney General’s Office of Republika Srpska and the legal representatives we support will not abide by this surrogate law that the so-called High Representative might try to impose. Such an attempt to impose a law is an endeavor to disrupt not only the legal system of Republika Srpska but also that of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Govedarica clarified.
