We aim to rehabilitate the place of Republika Srpska within the constitutional Bosnia and Herzegovina,” stated President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik for RTRS.

“As for the processes that will follow, we’ll see. We won’t engage in anything that could be considered a form of violence, especially anything anti-constitutional. We will pursue constitutional activities,” Dodik emphasized.

He mentioned that the desire to take away property from Republika Srpska and put it at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina won’t be tolerated.

“We have drawn the line. I’ve spoken with some opposition leaders, and they also believe that this is the moment where Republika Srpska must regain its independence as outlined in the Dayton Peace Agreement,” Dodik stated.

Dodik emphasized that he will make a decision regarding the independence of Republika Srpska within the framework of the Dayton Peace Agreement, eliminating everything that has been enacted in the past 25 years and rejecting all those extra-constitutional solutions.

“We will make a crucial decision that the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot operate within the territory of Republika Srpska because they are not constitutional,” added Dodik.
