“In the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the main trial against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić, did not take place today.
Dodik stated after the session that the discussion did not commence because the Court of BiH rejected the defense’s request to transfer the proceedings to the Basic Court in Banja Luka. However, the defense has a three-day deadline to file an appeal, and during this period, the main trial cannot begin.

“We received this decision today; the three-day period ends on Monday, and we will lodge the appeal then,” Dodik announced.

He expressed gratitude to the gathered representatives of veterans’ organizations and officials for their support.”
