“Božica Živković Rajilić, President of the Association of Women Victims of War of Republika Srpska, told Srna that the association members provide maximum support to the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, in what they believe to be a fabricated trial at the Court of BiH. This is why they will come to Sarajevo today, where the hearing is scheduled.
‘We’re heading to Sarajevo to support the truth and the rightful work of President Dodik,’ Rajilić stated.
She mentioned that the judicial process initiated by the judiciary of BiH against Dodik is merely because he was performing his duties in accordance with the Constitution.
‘Raising charges against Dodik is a complete farce. It’s all been done upside down,’ Rajilić assessed.
She pointed out that the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH could focus on investigating wrongdoings in other institutions of BiH instead of ‘prosecuting and putting on trial someone who is doing their job correctly.’
Today’s session at the Court of BiH concerns the case against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the ‘Official Gazette,’ Miloš Lukić, based on the indictment for disrespecting Christian Schmidt’s decisions.
Dodik and Lukić, on October 16, stated in the Court of BiH that they didn’t understand the indictment, following which it was noted that the accused had pleaded not guilty.”
