“The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed to RTRS that it has received a defense proposal from the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, regarding the transfer of the proceedings to the competent court in Banja Luka but has not yet made a decision.

“The Court received today the defense proposal from Milorad Dodik for the transfer of proceedings to the competent court in Banja Luka. However, the Court has not yet made a decision on the proposal; the case is under process. There is no specified deadline by law for a decision on this proposal,” the court stated.

As a reminder, the defense representing the President of Republika Srpska requested that the court proceedings against the President and the Acting Director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić, be transferred to the Banja Luka Basic Court.”
