“Foreign Minister in the Council of Ministers, Elmedin Konaković, and FBiH Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić have any sense of honor and political responsibility, and if they genuinely want the good of BiH, as they claim, they would withdraw the Minister of Defense Zukan Helez themselves,” stated the President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
“Every attempt to justify Helez’s unreliability shows that the main goal is to not achieve any agreement, and in that way, they profit the most,” Dodik wrote on his X profile.
He highlights that the best evidence about BiH is the fact that in such an important position in the Council of Ministers, there is someone, as he puts it, politically unreliable, below any level and commentary.
The public should know that such a loose cannon, who provokes conflicts, threatens, and shamelessly lies, is being supported by the ‘trio’ to do so, and that everything was pre-planned, Dodik wrote.
Dodik says it wouldn’t be surprising if the gathering of the ‘trio’ ensemble in Banja Luka served to cover up their disagreements in the Federation and the problems they have there because they cannot agree.
“It is obvious that Stoltenberg’s statement that without Republika Srpska, there is no NATO path has caused a real shock in the Federation, hence all these attacks, spreading lies, and their embarrassment in Banja Luka,” says Dodik.
He states that all of Helez’s acrobatics are in that context to cover up that everything he says is a lie and cheap manipulation, but he must be held accountable for that lie.
“Helez is not in a circus, so he cannot say whatever and however he wants, but rather a minister who must and should answer for his irresponsible and dangerous behavior. What to say about the claims of a man whose assertions are only supported by Albanian mercenaries Alisha Kerns and Nenad Čanak,” Dodik emphasized.
