SARAJEVO – The Intelligence-Security Agency (ISA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) does not have information about the existence of military camps and paramilitary formations in BiH, according to the agency.

The ISA stated that they had forwarded this information to Borjana Krišto, the Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers.

A response was sent that there are neither camps nor any paramilitary formations – ISA responded to Srna’s inquiry about whether the agency had forwarded information to Krišto regarding the existence of military camps in BiH.

The BiH Prosecutor’s Office formed a case yesterday regarding the claims made by the Minister of Defense in the Council of Ministers of BiH, Zukan Helez, that there are Russian military training camps in the territory of Republika Srpska.

These claims by Helez will have to be presented to the prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office who is in charge of this case, and the ISA notes that his statements are not accurate.

Helez recently stated that there are military training camps in the territory of Republika Srpska and that they are paramilitary formations. “They are located, we are tracking them, and we can easily eliminate them,” said Helez, emphasizing that the whole process is led by “some people from Russia.”
