The fifth edition of the “Milica” Festival will be held in Šamac from April 21 to 24, established in honor of the first formally educated Serb costume designer, Milica Babić Andrić.
Director of the Cultural Center in Šamac, Milanka Blagojević, said that the festival will open with a performance by “Young Stars of the Opera Scene” from the National Theatre in Belgrade.
“We are bringing opera to our small town, and that is how we will open the festival. Over the course of three days, a rich program of daytime and evening events awaits us,” Blagojević said in the RTRS morning program.
