Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić extended Easter greetings to His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Porfirije, as well as to all bishops, clergy, monastics, and the Serb Orthodox faithful, along with all Orthodox believers in Republika Srpska.
“On the occasion of the greatest Christian holiday—Easter—I extend my sincere greetings on behalf of the Government of Republika Srpska and myself,” Minić stated.
He emphasized that Easter represents the foundation of faith and life.
“In the Feast of Feasts, we find the source of our personal Christian strength. The reality of the Resurrection—the victory of life over death—encourages modern man, giving him hope and strengthening him in the face of numerous challenges. In times that carry a heavy burden, the message of this holiday should be ever more present and strengthened in the hearts of all, and consequently reflected in our relationships with others. Wishing you to celebrate the Feast of Feasts, the Resurrection of Christ, in peace, health, and joy, I greet you with the joyful Paschal greeting: Christ is risen—Indeed He is risen,” Minić said in his message.
