The Billie Jean King Cup Group II is being held in Banja Luka from today until April 11, one of the most prestigious women’s team tennis competitions, featuring 10 national teams from Europe and Africa.
Nenad Jandrić, president of the Tennis Association of Republika Srpska, said that this is the most important national team competition in women’s tennis and the equivalent of the Davis Cup.
Participating teams include Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Finland, Morocco, Egypt, South Africa, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
