The Banja Luka premiere of the domestic film “Accomplices” will be held on February 12 at Cineplexx Palace, starting at 7:30 p.m.
The premiere will be attended by director Marko Novaković, lead actress Nevena Nerandžić, actor Zlatan Vidović, and producer Jovan Ristovski.
“Accomplices” is a psychological drama with elements of a thriller, based on a screenplay by Ognjen Obradović and directed by Marko Novaković. The film explores questions of guilt, conscience, and moral compromise within a closed community.
The idyllic life of Sofija and Branko changes abruptly after a traffic accident in which they are involved. Thanks to Branko’s influence in a small town in Serbia, they manage to avoid legal consequences. However, Sofija finds it increasingly difficult to accept this reality, and the conscience that haunts them both will affect their relationship and trigger a series of unexpected and disturbing events.
The lead roles are played by Nevena Nerandžić and Radovan Vujović, with supporting roles by Anita Dobra, Danica Ristovski, Zoran Cvijanović, and Zlatan Vidović.
The film was produced by Zillion Film, with minority co-producers Inter Film from Croatia and Partisans from North Macedonia. After the premiere, “Accomplices” will also be available in regular cinema screenings starting February 12.
