“We see that the judiciary in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is once again using levers of power to endanger the returnee Serb population,” said Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić.
“The Government of Republika Srpska will provide full legal assistance to the Lozo family from Mostar,” Minić stated.
In the village of Kuti, near Mostar, a real drama unfolded early this morning, where local residents used their own bodies to defend the property of their neighbors, Serb returnees, and attempted to block the road to deminers engaged by a foreign investor to clear mines from the Zukulja hill location in their village, in order to open a quarry there.
To make matters worse, half of the village of Kuti near Mostar has received a court ban prohibiting them from preventing access to the Zukulja quarry via a public road that runs across land owned by Serb returnees in this area, specifically the Lozo family.
