Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić emphasized, on the occasion of laying the foundation stone for the Cultural and Pastoral Student Center in Banja Luka, that this project is of great importance for young people — and therefore for the future.
“Every foundation stone laid in Republika Srpska is important,” Minić said.
He added that the visit of Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković to Republika Srpska, as well as the Croatian government’s decision to co-finance the center, is also significant.
“I appreciate Prime Minister Plenković’s clear intention for Croatia to help Bosnia and Herzegovina in all aspects,” Minić wrote on Instagram.
He noted that it is encouraging to hear Plenković insist on resolving the obstruction involving the expert appointed by the Government of the Federation of BiH to the Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority, and on finally adopting the systematization rulebook so that customs officers can be deployed to the Gradiška border crossing — a process awaited for nearly two decades.
The foundation stone for the construction of the Cultural and Pastoral Student Center Petrićevac was laid today at the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Trinity in Banja Luka, in the presence of officials from Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
