Roundtable on the Dayton Agreement to be held tonight in Paris

A roundtable titled “30 Years After Dayton: Peace, Challenges, and Perspectives” will be held in Paris tonight at 7:30 p.m., marking three decades since the signing of the Dayton–Paris Agreement.

The event will bring together experts from France, Republika Srpska, and Serbia to discuss the achievements of the Dayton Agreement, current political challenges in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the role of the entities as signatories, and the future of the Balkans in the context of European integration.

Participants include French historian and geopolitics expert Alexis Troudé; Dr Neven Cvetićanin of the Institute of Social Sciences in Belgrade; Sorbonne historian Edouard Husson; professors Dragan Dakić from the University of Kragujevac and Nina Sajić from the University of Banjaluka; and Georges Domergue, a prominent lawyer and former judge.

The event is also expected to be attended by the Minister for European Integration and International Cooperation, Zlatan Klokić, as well as the head of Republika Srpska’s Representative Office in Paris, Bojana Kondić-Panić, who is also the organiser of the conference.

As part of the programme, an exhibition of historical photographs from the Dayton signing ceremony by journalist and photographer Milovan Ćirovski will be presented.

RTRS reporters will cover the event and provide timely updates.
