Cvijanović: Demagoguery and incitement from Sarajevo

Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović responded to calls from the Party for BiH, which demanded that the BiH Presidency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs cut all communication with Hungary. The party claims that Hungary’s actions allegedly “violate the constitutional order” and “undermine the sovereignty of BiH.”

“What a pile of nonsense,” Cvijanović said.

“If this is what you consider the constitutional order of BiH, then it is truly a miserable one,” she wrote on X.

She emphasized that Republika Srpska chooses its own friends.

“You don’t like Hungary, so you would like to forbid Republika Srpska from cooperating with that country. Forget about it. If you were confident in BiH, its sovereignty, and its capacity, you wouldn’t be spreading demagoguery and inciting hatred at every step. But that is your choice — just as it is our choice whom we will cooperate with. And finally, read the message in the photograph,” Cvijanović concluded.
