Wars and Holy Water

Wars and Holy Water

By Veljko Zeljković

Europe is sinking deeper into the mire. Its economy is gasping for air — companies are closing, and energy resources are treated like dry gold. Pension systems are on shaky ground, and the problems caused by excessive migrant inflows are becoming painfully obvious.

Demographics are no help either. Fewer births mean a shrinking workforce. Angela Merkel’s 2015 plan — an experiment to use migrants from the Arab world to “rejuvenate” Germany’s bloodline and economy — has failed, just like similar efforts in Italy, France, and the United Kingdom.

Then came another blow — the closing of America’s protective “umbrella” over Europe. Instead of confronting their real problems and preventing further decline, European leaders chose to raise new walls — this time toward the East.

First, it was about Russian energy; now it’s about “anti-drone shields.” They are preparing for war with Russia, which they claim poses a grave threat to Europe’s security. They’ve even set a tentative date — the year 2030 — giving themselves five years to prepare. Whether they’ve notified Moscow not to act prematurely remains unknown.

Behind it all lies the agenda of the remaining globalist elites in Europe — those unwilling to accept the world’s shifting balance of power and new realities. Rather than adapt, they continue to spread Russophobia and fear among already anxious citizens to justify policies aimed solely at preserving their waning dominance.

For a while, Western media regularly fabricated stories about “drone incursions,” allegedly from Denmark, for which Russia was immediately blamed — without a shred of evidence. After a few days, the noise faded, only to give way to Brussels’ latest military plan.

Europe now plans to allocate €800 billion for new militarization efforts — much of it siphoned from social programs. They might even raise the retirement age until workers are practically horizontal, because soon, Europe itself will be horizontal — one foot already in the grave.

All this talk of new wars is nothing more than an attempt to build a new Iron Curtain in the East. But it’s not meant to block Russian shells, drones, or missiles — it’s meant to stop the spread of sovereigntist ideas, now gaining momentum across the continent.

And that, more than anything, is what Europe’s globalist elites fear — like vampires fear the sun and holy water.
