“I owe no explanations to anyone except the citizens of Republika Srpska — and they understand much more even when not everything is said,” stated Željka Cvijanović, the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, in a post on X.
“They are neither confused nor concerned by others’ confusion. They’ve endured everything — from double standards to various punishments — simply because that’s what those who are now confused wanted. That is the strength of Republika Srpska: it has never agreed to be humiliated or degraded. Whoever respects us, we return even greater respect,” Cvijanović wrote.
She added that the leadership will continue to maneuver wisely until Republika Srpska’s security and stability are fully ensured.
“Thanks to Milorad Dodik, who taught us that we can personally endure anything if it’s for Republika Srpska. That’s how we’ll continue,” Cvijanović concluded.
