President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated that Republika Srpska seeks to resolve the political crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina through dialogue—not through anyone’s dictates—and that it fully rejects the actions of the illegitimate Christian Schmidt.
Dodik reiterated that the political crisis is caused by the actions of the illegitimate Schmidt, who is being used by Bosniak parties to push for the unitarization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a topic which has been reignited in Sarajevo with Schmidt’s arrival.
He emphasized that Republika Srpska completely rejects Schmidt’s activities, as it is defending its rights guaranteed by the Constitution and the Dayton Peace Agreement.
“This week, I organized a meeting of political parties in Doboj to demonstrate that we are committed to finding a solution through dialogue, not through the dictate of anyone,” Dodik stated on the social media platform X in his weekly reflection.
