President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, expressed his gratitude to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Russian Ambassador to BiH Igor Kalabukhov, and Federation Council Chairwoman Valentina Matviyenko for their heartfelt birthday greetings.

Lavrov: The attack was aimed at Republika Srpska, not just Dodik
Lavrov emphasized that Russia fully understands that the recent conviction was not just a personal attack on Dodik but rather a foreign-orchestrated strike against the entire Republika Srpska.
Matviyenko and Kalabukhov, in their congratulatory message, highlighted Dodik’s consistent efforts in strengthening bilateral relations and strategic partnerships, based on agreements made during his meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
