The lawyer of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, Goran Bubić, stated for RTRS that the verdict against the President of Srpska has not yet been officially delivered.
Bubić emphasized that during the oral announcement of the verdict, Judge Sena Uzunović attempted a judicial syllogism without a factual premise, referring to the issue of Christian Schmidt’s non-appointment/non-confirmation as High Representative.
