The trial of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette of Srpska, Miloš Lukić, for “non-compliance with the decision of Christian Schmidt”, will continue today before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Today, the first defendant in the case, President Dodik, will testify.
Dodik believes that the trial will not end with a verdict and that this process will determine the fate of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He stated that the trial reflects the broader relations within BiH, where prosecutors and judges accept foreign-imposed laws, turning the process into a never-ending cycle.
“I believe this will determine not only the political position but also the very fate of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Dodik stated.
