The Serb member and chair of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, sent a telegram of condolences to the president of the United States, Donald Trump, following the plane crash near Washington.
Cvijanović expressed deep sorrow upon hearing the news of the plane crash near Washington, which claimed many lives.
“In these difficult moments for your country, I extend my sincerest condolences and sympathies to you, the families of the victims, the American people, and all those affected by this tragedy. I also wish the injured a swift recovery,” stated the telegram from the Serb member and chair of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A passenger plane and a U.S. military helicopter collided near Reagan Airport in Washington before crashing into the Potomac River.
