On February 4, at 8 PM, the National Theatre of Republika Srpska will stage “Crime and Punishment” by F. M. Dostoevsky, directed and adapted by Dušan Petrović, bringing a new take on this timeless masterpiece of Russian literature.
It is worth mentioning director Goran Damjanac, who took on the role of assistant director for this production, undoubtedly easing Petrović’s task in bringing this legendary work to life.
Despite the collaborative effort, Dušan Petrović has emerged as a creative force, delivering an outstanding Banja Luka rendition of “Crime and Punishment” with a cast thoughtfully selected for their roles.
In the role of Raskolnikov, the audience will witness the masterful performance of Zlatan Vidović, who leads a talented cast including Aleksandar Stojković, Željko Erkić, Danilo Kerkez, and others.
