The statement by the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, that Srpska is fighting against laws imposed by an unelected foreigner is a point that cannot be ignored, said legal expert Ognjen Tadić.
“Regardless of whether someone is a friend or an opponent of Republika Srpska and the Dayton Peace Agreement, which positions Republika Srpska as a protector of the Dayton Agreement, the rule of law, human rights, and democratic values,” Tadić emphasized in a post on X.
