It is surprising that the BiH Prosecutor’s Office is even aware of the existence of the criminal offense of “undermining the constitutional order” under Article 156 of the BiH Criminal Code, yet has not already filed charges against Christian Schmidt and Dragana Prusina for the unconstitutional imposition of the criminal offense of “failure to implement decisions of the high representative” in the BiH Criminal Code, says legal expert Ognjen Tadić.
Tadić commented on the BiH Prosecutor’s Office’s request to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska for the submission of information and the provision of legal assistance via the social network X.
This move is reportedly based on the provisions of the BiH Criminal Procedure Code and alleged information indicating the possible commission of multiple criminal offenses.
