Tonight, at the National Library of the Republika Srpska, a literary evening titled “Herzegovinian Garland” will take place, starting at 6 PM.
The Trebinje branch of the Association of Writers of the Republika Srpska (UKRS), in collaboration with the parent association in Banja Luka, is organizing a ceremonial promotion of the Anthology of Contemporary Poetry of Eastern Herzegovina. Poetry enthusiasts will be treated to a “garland” of the finest strings of contemporary Eastern Herzegovinian poetry, presented by the poets featured in the anthology: Dr. Dobroslav Ćuk, Olgica Cice, Đorđe Dabarčić, Sreten Vidaković, Miodrag Hrnjez – Ljumo, and Jovan Bratić.
The special guest of the evening is Ranko Slijepčević, a renowned singer-songwriter from Trebinje. The program will be moderated by Zdravka Babić, the branch secretary.
