The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that Srpska could organize a summit of Western Balkan and EU leaders within 24 hours, describing the decision by BiH’s joint institutions to cancel the event as incomprehensible and indicative of their negligence.
Dodik emphasized that postponing the summit sends a negative message from BiH.
He offered Republika Srpska as a potential host, suggesting cities such as Doboj, Bijeljina, or Banja Luka.
“We can do it and organize everything within 24 hours,” the President of Srpska asserted.
Dodik added that Neum was likely an unfortunate choice as the summit venue due to its distance from the nearest airport.
