Borac volleyball team to face Radnik in the Srpska Cup final

Each year, the men’s and women’s volleyball teams of Borac take at least one historic step forward. This time, the red-and-blue ladies and gentlemen have secured a spot in the final of the Republika Srpska Volleyball Cup. The final matches are scheduled for today and tomorrow.

In the men’s competition, the two standout teams are Borac and Radnik from Bijeljina.

The final match of the Srpska Cup will be played tomorrow at 4:00 PM in the sports hall of the “Filip Višnjić” Gymnasium in Bijeljina.

Mišo Marjanović, the coach of the Borac Volleyball Club, expressed hope during an appearance on our Morning Program that his team can achieve success against the Semberci. He emphasized that his players wouldn’t compete if they didn’t believe in winning.

  • “Besides our confidence, I have to point out that Radnik is the favorite in this match. We played against them two rounds ago on our home court and lost 3-1. They are a team composed of experienced and young players. We’ve been preparing for this match for the past 15 days, with the Cup final on our minds. Today, we’re traveling to Bijeljina, and we’ll give it our all,” said Marjanović.

Borac player Niša Tanić admitted that every match brings a certain level of nervousness but hopes for a fair and equal fight against Radnik.
