Today, November 20, 2024, the trial of the president of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, continues at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are charged with “disrespecting the decisions of High Representative Christian Schmidt.”
According to Goran Bubić, Dodik’s defense attorney, today’s hearing will include testimony from Professor of Constitutional Law Siniša Karan and legal advisor Slavko Mitrović, as well as the presentation of material evidence by the defense.
