The judicial process being conducted before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a political process with the intent to degrade the overall role of Republika Srpska and its president, stated Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska.
He noted that there was a clear sense of tension following the local elections.
Dodik explained that it was expected that his influence would diminish due to organized actions by the U.S. and Muslim forces from Sarajevo, but the local elections proved otherwise, which led to visible frustration from the judge of the Court of BiH, Sena Uzunović, during the trial.
It became clear that this was not the case, and she herself exhibited a level of frustration that is incomprehensible for someone overseeing a judicial process, said Dodik.
