The Minister of Trade and Tourism of Republika Srpska, Denis Šulić, stated that the participation of the Srpska delegation, led by President Milorad Dodik, at the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg is very important and confirms the visibility of Srpska on the international stage.
Šulić emphasized that the meetings between the President of Srpska and Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as other world leaders, confirm that Republika Srpska is visible on the international scene and that its voice is heard.
- It is important for Republika Srpska to continue with the policy outlined by the President of Srpska, which is to be visible in new geopolitical currents. Dodik has managed to position Republika Srpska as an important participant in significant events worldwide, said Šulić.
He highlighted that Republika Srpska is not isolated on the international stage and that the narrative of isolation is propagated by the Federation of BiH to hinder projects and economic development in Srpska.
- Thanks to this “isolated” Republika Srpska, the citizens of Sarajevo and the Federation of BiH pay the cheapest gas prices in Europe because we have good relations with the Russian Federation, Šulić emphasized.
He noted that Republika Srpska is recording a record number of employed people and is implementing successful projects despite numerous obstructions.
