China will not support the resolution on Srebrenica, stated China’s representative to the United Nations, Fu Cong, at the UN General Assembly session in New York.
The Chinese representative said that the conflicts in the former Yugoslavia were a dark chapter in history.
“The draft resolution has sparked significant controversy in the region and in BiH, and called for crucial communication among member states. China will have no alternative but to vote against the resolution,” said Cong.
