The delegation of the Republic of Srpska participates in the 9th St. Petersburg cultural forum “Forum of United Cultures”. The delegation is led by the Minister of Education and Culture of Srpska Željka Stojičić.
Stojičić attended the official meeting of the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, Olga Ljubimova, with the heads of foreign delegations, including the Srpska delegation. Stojičić pointed out that cooperation between Srpska and Russia in the field of culture has been going on for years.

That cooperation is already at an enviable level in many cultural areas. We are aware that with a dedicated cultural policy we can develop as a bridge between the East and the West and the past and the future – Stojičić pointed out during her address.
She stated that acting in the process of globalization is a big challenge, and that cultures and traditions of all nations must be respected. She stated also that Srpska will continue to work on new solutions that will strengthen Serbia on the cultural map of the world.
