Judge Sena Uzunović, in the case against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the Director of the Official Gazette Miloš Lukić, is trying to conceal her clandestine collaboration with extrainstitutional and extrajudicial elements, said lawyer Goran Petronijević.
Petronijević stated that during today’s hearing at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was revealed that the Prosecutor’s Office, which is participating in the judicial process as an active party and accusing Dodik, has aides in the Office of the High Representative (OHR) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers.
He noted that the efforts of the presiding judge, since her engagement following the recusal of the previous judge, to conduct the procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, were so evident that they were almost suspicious.
